Flying in an Open Air Cockpit

The absolute best part of our day at the pilot and air show was that we were taken on a demo flight in an open air Waco airplane. It was thrilling and was a great treat.

AOPA Tampa Summit

We just returned home after 3 days in beautiful Tampa. We went to a summit for pilots and airplane owners. There were meetings and seminars, interesting people, and of course lots and lots of beautiful airplanes. Here are a few photos from our trip.

I would really love to have seen these beautiful zebras up close.

Amazing that he was able to get so close to this huge animal. Turns out these rhinos are friendly to humans.
