We went to the Kemah Boardwalk today to ride the amusement park rides. It was a beautiful day but very hot (hello, it is August in Houston!). We would take frequent breaks inside the Starbucks enjoying iced drinks and their air conditioning. Everyone had their own favorite rides, and since we got there pretty early in the day, there were no lines, so we all rode each ride many times. I think we all had a great time, and it was really fun. I have lots of fun memories and some great photos taken by my great nephew Caleb (gosh that makes me feel old).
