Here I am on the Santa Rosa Beach in the Florida panhandle. We were both shocked at how beautiful the beaches are here -- this is obviously the Gulf of Mexico and the water was a gorgeous blue. I hate to admit it, but these beaches are even prettier than "my" beach in Fort Lauderdale.

Just a gorgeous beach. Look at that beautiful white sand. It looks like a great beach to walk for miles and miles.
I agree! At first glance, I thought it was a picture from Minnesota because the sand looks so much like snow!
