You frequently see people walking lots of dogs at one time in the big city. The dogs are very well trained, and they patiently wait while the dog-walker goes into each apartment building to either pick up or return a dog to its appropriate home. There are many dog parks in town where they will take the dogs and let them play off the leashes. The first time you see this it is so funny.
